Boundary Farm is set in six acres of gardens, woodland and meadows with a number of retired farm buildings. These have been sympathetically converted into four separate holiday homes which can be rented individually or in conjunction with each other.
Our two delightfully quirky Shepherd’s Huts (each with a double bed) are set apart from the farm buildings and each other in secluded parts of the estate.
Boundary Farm comprises the following luxury holiday accommodation all furnished and equipped to high standards:
All the accommodation is set well back from the road that links Saxtead with Framlingham and there are public footpaths and bridleways nearby in abundance. In total the farm can comfortably accommodate family gatherings or friends of up to eighteen people. Read more about groups.
Boundary Farm is located on the edge of Saxtead village which has its own pub – The Old Mill House, and English Heritage’s Saxtead Green Post Mill, which dates from the late 1500s, is still functioning and well worth a visit. Both are a short stroll from the farm.
The historic market town of Framlingham, complete with castle and mere, is five minutes by car or about half an hour via the footpaths. Less than half an hour’s drive away are the beautiful Heritage Coast towns of Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh to name just a few of the better known places.
Access and parking: entry is via a private driveway. There is ample car parking space beside the accommodation and storage for bikes if needed.
Regrettably due to livestock nearby, pets are not permitted apart from assistance dogs.
