It has been sympathetically converted to offer luxurious and spacious accommodation with wonderful views of the countryside. Guests can enjoy access to our communal games room on site.

Grounds: the Hayloft is located at Boundary Farm, Framlingham, a rural idyll set in around five acres of gardens, woodland and meadows. The property opens out onto a shared terrace with garden furniture and barbeque overlooking the lawn and garden (which is shared with the Cart Lodge and Farmhouse) whilst the west side of the property looks out over meadows and woodland. There is ample parking adjacent to the property and storage for bikes if needed.

Living areas: An attractive fitted kitchen and dining area with dining table, chairs, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer and Tassimo coffee machine. Double doors open onto the terrace. The extremely spacious upstairs lounge is a great feature of this property. Open to the eaves with exposed wooden beams, it’s full of character and charm, has a door leading to an outdoor staircase giving access to the drive and meadow and has wide ranging views across the surrounding countryside. It’s very comfortably furnished complete with splendid oriental rug. There is a large smart TV books and games.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: The two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 is comfortably furnished with king bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with an additional third pull-out bed for a child, chest of drawers and wardrobe. On the first floor, the shower room has a double-sized shower unit, wash basin and WC.
