Grounds: the Cart Lodge is located at Boundary Farm, Framlingham, a rural idyll set in around six acres of gardens, woodland and meadows. The property opens out onto a terrace with garden furniture and barbeque overlooking the garden (which is shared with the Hayloft and Farmhouse) whilst the west side of the property looks out over meadows and woodland. There is ample parking adjacent to the property for up to 2 cars and storage for bikes if needed.
Living areas: An attractive newly fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area with wide ranging views over the countryside on one side and terrace and garden on the other. Equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dining table, chairs and sofa. Stable doors open onto the terrace and garden on one side and onto the drive on the other. There is a TV, blue tooth stereo radio with MP3 and alarm clock.
Bedroom and bathrooms: The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a large zip link double bed which can be made into two singles, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bedroom can be accessed directly from the drive by a ramp and stable door. It has a large en-suite accessible wet room with grab bars, shower, wash basin and WC. Off the kitchen is a separate cloakroom with toilet and washing machine.
