Covid 19 Update

19th March 2020

Updated 8th June

With the safety of our customers in mind and in line with the latest travel guidance, we are only accepting new bookings that have a check-in date after the 3rd July 2020.

We would like you to be able to book with confidence. Your holiday shouldn’t be spoiled by worrying about what would happen if there’s another lockdown so you can be assured that we will be ready to move or cancel your booking, if you need to.

We would like to reassure you that if you are unable to go on holiday because there are UK Government restrictions on travel due to the Coronavirus outbreak which make going on your holiday impossible, you will be able to choose from the following options:

  • Transfer your holiday to new dates in 2020 or 2021, free of charge. Furthermore, if you choose the equivalent dates in 2021, we will freeze the price
  • Cancel your booking and receive a refund to the value of your holiday

All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Exceptions

In line with Government guidance we are accepting bookings from:

  • People who live in our properties as interim abodes whilst their primary residence is unavailable
  • Critical workers whose work is critical to the Covid-19 response and non-UK residents who are unable to travel to their country of residence during this period
  • People who are unable to move into a new home due to the current restrictions

Booking conditions

Our usual terms and conditions will apply after 4th July.  Refer to our terms and conditions here

Cleaning

We can’t guarantee that our properties are free from infection, however, all properties are cleaned and maintained to a high standard and we are taking extra measures to help reduce the risk of infection recommended by public health guidelines.
